Key Guidelines:-
1. Tutortohome.com is a platform which brings tutors in touch with students/Parents of students. The platform does not endorses any one, but provide options/leads to either parties. Platform does now employs tutors nor handles parents. Tutors and Parents are independent to choose their mode and medium of payments , themselves with no involvement of platform unless they needed Escrow services of Platform.
2. We do not Charge anything From parents. Tutors are Charged only 30% in NCR and 25% elsewhere Of First Month Fee (Minimum in Industry). However if the course is of Less than 45 Days duration Charges to Tutor are 15%(NCR) and 12% elsewhere of entire course.
2. Parents after they have confirmed to take services of tutor can , Deposit 15 Days Advance payment with us. Which will be remitted to Tutor after 15 Days completion. This Practice is Termed as Escrow in business practice and allows to Develop Trust Between Parties. Tutor too can ask the parents to deposit the amount as Escrow to our platform, to avoid non payment issues. Tutors not using this method are themselves responsible to non-payment issues by parents on their own.
3. Escrow Policy is available for Both Tutor and Parents if Needed Further. The service is free of Cost.
Payment and Escrow Policy
This Payment and Escrow Policy outlines the terms for billing and fund handling between tutortohome.com, its clients, and service providers (tutors).
1. Parents – No Fee

Parents shall not be charged any service fees directly.

However, to ensure commitment and security for both parties, Parents is required to deposit an advance equivalent to 15 days of service fees with Us before services commence.

This escrowed amount is held securely by Tutortohome.com and will not be released immediately.

Disbursement: The deposited amount will be released to the tutor after 15 days from the start date of services, provided there are no disputes or service interruptions.
2. Tutors – 25% First Month Fee

Tutor agrees to pay a non-refundable fee equal to 30 in NCr and 25% elsewhere of the first month’s total service fee (Minimum in Industry). However if the course is of Less than 45 Days duration Charges to Tutor are 15% in NCR and 12% elsewhere of entire course .

This amount is due upon initiation of services and must be paid within 5 Days of receiving payment from parents (in such case) , Where advance payment is received by us from Payments , Balance amount will be Remitted to Tutor after Deduction of our Fee.

No further payments are due from Tutor further.

Any future billing arrangements will be outlined in a separate agreement or renewed terms.
3. Late Payment

Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per day overdue on Tutor and Blacklisting from Platform after Further 7 Days.
4. Escrow Fund Management

Escrow payments are securely held in a separate account by tutortohome.com.

Release of funds to tutors will only occur after the specified holding period (15 days) and upon absence of disputes.

In case of any concerns or issues, both parties are encouraged to contact tutortohome.com within the holding period for resolution.
5. Policy Updates and Modifications
This policy may be amended with 30 Days Website Notice to Public. tutortohome.com reserves the right to modify payment or escrow terms withot prior notice.
